Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in developing solutions on the Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will be part of a team of developers and will participate in the requirements taking and development of solutions that optimize the customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain customized solutions in the Salesforce Service Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement collection to implementation and support, with a focus on continuous improvement of customer service.
• Collaborate with architects and other teams to define the architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, performance and an effective user experience.

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of project development experience in Salesforce, specifically in Service or Sales Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration with a particular focus on Service/Sales Cloud.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms and systems to optimize customer service.
• Ability to work as a team and contribute in development decision making, with a focus on delivering high quality solutions.
• English: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external services, especially those related to customer service.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
