About the Role

• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation options, and vacation packages
• Provide customized travel suggestions that align with client expectations and budgets
• Assist with booking coordination and itinerary development
• Share confirmations, schedules, travel documents, and important trip information
• Help clients navigate itinerary changes, special accommodations, and travel-related requests
• Review reservations and travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor upcoming travel plans and assist with final trip preparations
• Maintain organized client profiles, trip records, and communication history within company systems
• Utilize company resources and supplier partnerships to support traveler needs
