Drivers 1st is hiring CDL A Solo OTR Drivers for nationwide refrigerated freight. Run coast-to-coast (no Northeast lanes or NYC) with long 1,200-mile average hauls that keep you moving and earning. Stay out 3 weeks and get 3 days home (1 day for every week out). Enjoy pre-planned loads, 100% no-touch reefer freight, and late-model equipment with all the comforts you want on the road.

Pay & Benefits

• 57–60 CPM (based on truck speed selection)
• $1,600–$1,800 weekly average
• $80,000–$90,000 yearly average
• ½ CPM raise at 6 months

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• Minimum 2 years tractor-trailer experience within the last 4 years
