As level-2 client-support in designing application access authorisation (SAP-based system), and work with the Regional Delivery Centre Technology Team (RDC) to troubleshoot the problem.
Work with RDC users, level-2 or level-3 RDC teammates to diagnose the root cause and resolve application related issues
Escalate issues to the team lead in a timely and appropriate manner
Perform system configuration and user acceptance test
Collate or collect user requirements, analysis, and preparation in related documents (including requirements estimation, functional specification, and test plans)
Handle any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder, preferably in Information Systems, Business Management, or related disciplines or business-related discipline
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and detail-minded
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin are included)
Great analytical mind and problem-solving skill
Prior exposure with ERP support or vendor experience is a definite advantage
