Summary

Responsibilities

  • As level-2 client-support in designing application access authorisation (SAP-based system), and work with the Regional Delivery Centre Technology Team (RDC) to troubleshoot the problem.
  • Work with RDC users, level-2 or level-3 RDC teammates to diagnose the root cause and resolve application related issues
  • Escalate issues to the team lead in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Perform system configuration and user acceptance test
  • Collate or collect user requirements, analysis, and preparation in related documents (including requirements estimation, functional specification, and test plans)
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned


Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Information Systems, Business Management, or related disciplines or business-related discipline
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and detail-minded
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin are included)
  • Great analytical mind and problem-solving skill
  • Prior exposure with ERP support or vendor experience is a definite advantage
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

  • 业务管理系统客服中心的成员,向亚太地区的内部用户提供IBS系统(基于SAP系统) 设计应用程序所属的限权模块相关客户支持
  • 协助系统工程师提供系统问题的适当解决方案
  • 积极跟进指示及时向主管提出未解决的系统问题
  • 实施系统设置及跟进用户验收测试
  • 起草文档,包括需求预算文档、系统功能说明、系统测试计划等
  • 协助分配的临时任务或项目


基本要求

  • 大学毕业,计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业;
  • 英语和国粤语写作及口语良好
  • 良好的沟通和表达能力,能妥善处理与各級同事的日常交流
  • 良好的分析及问题解决能力
  • 良好的打字和计算机技术,熟练使用Word,Excel和PowerPoint
