Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager / Site Safety & Health Officer (QC/SSHO) to support a roofing repair project in West Point, NY. This is a dual-role position responsible for overseeing both quality control and site safety to ensure the project is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract specifications and OSHA regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience serving as both Quality Control Manager and Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) on construction projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification (required); OSHA 40-Hour training is also acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
• Experience with quality control documentation and inspection processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 24-Hour Fall Protection Competent Person Training (preferred).
• Experience with roofing, building envelope, or exterior restoration projects.
• Experience working on government, military, or Corps of Engineers projects is a plus.
