Role Description

The current role is an on-site role for Gurugram office. We're offering a full-time, on-site opportunity for a skilled Python AI Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will get exposure to vast backend and frontend technologies. We're looking for someone who excels at taking on complex challenges and prides themselves on writing clean, scalable and efficient code. Responsibilities

• You will be part of our core development team and work alongside banking leaders in the space to define innovative solutions.
• Utilize prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model interactions.
• Develop and integrate AI models and services into existing systems.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods to improve information retrieval.
• Leverage Python's extensive libraries and frameworks to design, implement, and maintain AI-powered agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Build testable APIs and database integrations, for cross-platform applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement intelligent automation
• You are expected to hold yourself accountable for writing high-quality, well-designed, maintainable software.

Technical Skills required:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer with a strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Flask.
• 1+ years of experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Mongo Atlas, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for AI-powered search and retrieval.
• 2+ years of experience with NoSQL & RDBMS databases (preferably MongoDB, MySQL).
• Must understand AI concepts and have experience integrating AI solutions into applications.
• Experience in designing and implementing graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) to model complex relationships and perform efficient queries.
• Experience in automating data collection and processing workflows to streamline operations.
• Ability to fine-tune pre-trained AI models for specific tasks using frameworks
• Proficiency in working with APIs, including RESTful services and third-party integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Can work with Git version control system & understands branching strategies
• Proven ability to learn quickly, and adapt to changing business needs
• Can debug existing production code and maintain the application
• Must be familiar with at least one Cloud SaaS product

Preferred Skills

• Familiar with AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud services and Docker
• Familiar with CI/CD tools
• Awareness of different data protection regulations across regions
