JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares detailed project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager, Contractors and staff. Evaluates the project milestones in reference to the work schedules for each work areas. Evaluates project progress accomplishment reports in coordination with the Mechanical, Instrument & Control, Electrical, and Civil/Structural Engineers. Perform a detailed review of each schedule/programme update that is issued by the contractor and provide a review report to highlight changes made, with focus on milestones and critical (or near-critical) activities. Perform schedule analysis and scenario or option examination when changes to the program are needed to mitigate a delay or project issue, or accommodate a perceived improvement or opportunity to improve the program. Evaluates/reviews Contractor’s progress billings’ back-up quantifications. Prepares the weekly project reports and monthly status reports for the management and financing institution. Prepares annual Operating Expense (OPEX) and Capital Expense (CAPEX) budget proposals. Monitors project cost expenditures in coordination with accounting and planning groups. Updates the over-all project schedule and recommends alternative actions on activities within the critical path to the project target completion. Compiles historical data on the project implementation, particularly on those periods where shifting of critical path in the project activities occur. Prepares project terminal reports upon project completion. Perform other project related works as maybe necessary. QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical Have experience as a planner and scheduler related to any power plant construction experience at least 2 years Having construction site planning experience and has been deployed at site at least 3 years Open for 12 months project-based engagement in Sorsogon Job Types: Temporary, Fixed term Contract length: 12 months Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have experience as Project Scheduler?
