Skills:

The Project Manager/Analyst job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under minimal supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage large projects for the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Organizes project teams by working with Agile development teams, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
• Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan
• Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time
• Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of a project within and beyond the project team
• Acts as a liaison between Business and IT Teams
• Assists with analysis and documentation of business requirements and defining scope and objectives of each project

Required Skills

• 2 or more years of IT Analyst or IT Project Manager experience
• Experience working on Agile Projects

Preferred Skills

• Experience or knowledge of the roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably Regulatory
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with various people in business, operations and IT
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Logical and detail oriented, the ability to identify conflicting requirements
• Communication skills – both written and verbal
• Experience in Agile tools such as Jira Align
