AWA is seeking a talented and design-oriented Project Architect with 8+ years of residential experience. For the past 20 years, our firm has created beautifully designed and detailed single-family residences. With a devoted and growing client base, we are looking to add a dynamic and well-rounded individual to our team.

Our spacious office is located in Sausalito in an area with a beautiful, relaxed environment. The office has expansive views of the Bay and is an easy commute over the bridge or from the north. We are pleased to be collaborating 4 days in the office and one day remote.

Characteristics sought:

·      Strong design sense

·      A self-starter who has the ability to multi-task on several projects at once

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Willingness to take on various roles typical of a small firm

Experience required:

·      A Bachelor or Master of Architecture is required

·      At least 8 years of relevant experience

·      Proficiency in the following programs: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe CS

·      Hand drawing proficiency is highly valued
