Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong Salesforce expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Product Owner for Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements and translate them into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are well understood and implemented effectively.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with business goals and enhances the customer experience.
  • Evaluate business processes and propose improvements using Salesforce features.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Lightning components, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Admins and Developers.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Product Owner/Manager (preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
  • Background in CRM strategy or business analysis.
  • Domain knowledge in [e.g., Healthcare, Finance, B2B Sales, etc.].
