Physical therapist job description:  3 month Contract with possible extension renewal

Shantel and Bramble Company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled physical therapist to join our dynamic team. As a physical therapist, you will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, as well as improving their overall physical function and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans

- Implement and monitor treatment plans, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities, to help patients achieve their goals

- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise programs

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

- Continuously stay updated on advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into treatments

- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and adhere to infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution

- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a physical therapist

- CPR certification

- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Prior experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
