We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join a well-established international group based in Brussels. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, strengthening team cohesion, and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing clients. You will lead a team of approximately 15 technicians, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to maintain high performance and reinforce team cohesion
• Manage daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Serve as a key point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and long-term satisfaction
• Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders on strategic and operational initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Monitor and report on operational metrics, identifying and implementing improvements

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a structured and service-oriented environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team engagement and cohesion
• Customer-focused mindset, with experience managing and developing existing client relationships
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of French;English is an asset
• Adaptable, hands-on, and able to thrive in an international setting
