This position will handle import shipment coordination from arrival through delivery, including tracking, customer communication, billing, and system processing. The team currently consists of two import specialists, and this role will serve as an additional key member of the department. Key Responsibilities Coordinate import shipments and delivery arrangements Track shipments and provide status updates Process billing and shipment documentation Utilize iLogisys and tracking systems Communicate with customers, carriers, and service providers Ensure smooth import operations and regulatory compliance Qualifications Required U.S. Customs Broker License Import operations experience Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Japanese language skills Experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage Experience handling various import commodities
