As an International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for the following job duties:

• Prepare and review U.S. international tax reporting of income tax returns (S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal international tax developments
• Advise clients on a full spectrum of international tax services including planning, research, compliance, general mergers and acquisitions activities, entity structuring and transfer pricing
• Review U.S. international information reporting forms
• Assist with new business development, extended service, and international tax issue recognition for existing clients
• Partner with leadership to evaluate new markets, service offerings, and joint ventures from a tax perspective
• Contribute to proposal development and client facing opportunities as needed including executive roundtables, prospect meetings, etc.
• Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
• Coach and develop junior tax professionals

You Have

• BA/BS in Accounting and active CPA license required
• 6–8 years of progressive international tax experience with strong U.S. international tax technical skills; public accounting experience preferred
• Experience in international planning, compliance, M&A, entity structuring, and transfer pricing
• Ability to identify tax issues and support business development opportunities
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, including mentoring junior staff
• Commitment to staying current on international tax laws and industry changes
