What are you going to do as Functional Application Manager?
As a Functional Application Manager within our international fast growing B Corp company, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the central applications within Highberg and end-user support. Every day provides new challenges, both technical and organizational, when supporting our users, the IT systems and participating in projects.
Your work as Functional Application Manager at #Highberg
As Functional Application Manager you are responsible for:
- The daily operational tasks of monitoring and maintaining the central Highberg applications and their integrations;
- 1st Line functional support for the central Highberg applications;
- Support users in getting the most out of the used applications;
- Collaborating with external SaaS providers and IT partners for application management and support;
- User- and license management for all Highberg applications;
- Setup a Functional Application Management community within Highberg;
- Support the IT integration of new Highberg acquisitions;
- Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process of employees
What are we asking?
- You have a relevant education in the field of IT or business administration;
- You have 2-3 years of working experience in a related field;
- You are fluent in Dutch (preferably) and English, both spoken and written;
- You have experience with application management of SaaS products and end-user support;
- You have experience in participating in international projects.

- You have strong communication skills for interaction with users and suppliers;
