KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organization of recurring team meetings: provide logistical support, centralize and distribute the agenda and minutes; centralize the status of the actions and notify the manager
• Actively participates in and provides support for both internal and external events and activations.
• Ensure good organization of external meetings and provide support
• Prepare reports and presentations for the commercial team
• Centralize, process and present to the Manager, all the information and situations on the administrative line
• Prepare the monthly report for the commercial team
• Facilitate the transmission of information from the manager to the team
• Receive, organize and summarize postal correspondence and contracts for the manager
• You initiate orders in SAP according to the team's requirements and follow their reception both in the system and physically
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
• Be compliant with privacy policy
• Centralize and track expenses
• Provide support in the integration or optimization of budgets
• Ensures logistical support for the Manager’s trips
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in a similar position (it’s a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word, Access, and Outlook
• SAP working expertise (it’s a plus)
• English - advanced level
• Good numerical skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Good communication skills
• Team player
