Responsibilities:<\/b>

• Assist with the installation of epoxy and other fluid -applied flooring systems<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support polished concrete preparation and finishing<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, patching, and moisture mitigation
  <\/p><\/li>

• Mix and apply materials according to specifications
  <\/p><\/li>

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
  <\/p><\/li>

• Follow job site safety standards and company procedures
  <\/p><\/li>

• Work as part of a crew to meet quality and production goals
  <\/p><\/li>

• Travel to job sites as required
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Qualifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • 2+ years of experience in flooring or coatings preferred
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarity with epoxy, urethane, MMA, or polished concrete is a plus
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to perform physical labor (standing, bending, lifting 50+ lbs)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Dependable, punctual, and team -oriented
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
