Description
Captivation Software has an immediate need for a DevOps Engineer will focus on DevOps. Efforts will focus on DevOps engineering of an expanding collaboration workflow platform that combines COTS, open-source, and custom microservices.
Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 6-8 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked.
Responsibilities
Deploying applications
Installing and configuring complex software
Managing network, servers, and technology tools
Monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of performance
Troubleshooting issues and outages
Requirements
Security Clearance:
Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Master's degree can be substituted for two (2) years experience
