Responsibilities:
• Definition of Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements
• Continuously research and learning latest configuration and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and then bring these configurations to live.
• Assist in developing design specifications as well as providing demos (live, documentation and presentations) of the solution to the business
• Works directly with customers to establish high-level solution and architecture.
• Works directly with/in agile teams to implement the solution.
• Lead the technical team, providing guidance, best practices, and mentoring to developers.
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability by enforcing development standards and reviewing implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business needs and long-term goals.
• Drive innovation and propose architectural improvements to optimize the platform's performance and maintainability.
You must have:
• > 3 years’ experience developing D365 solutions with or without existing module
• Experience in out-of-the-box components and modules
• Overall experience in Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong JavaScript expertise required
• .Net Development background
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead role, leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
• Strong ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on technical leadership.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office, once a week.
