Job Description: 1. Knowledge in Pattern Making and Casting of Valves and Pumps. 2. Some knowledge of VMC as well as CMM programming will be useful. 3. Shall be responsible to assisting Plant Head in engineering work in the design and development of casting and machined components. 4. Shall be responsible for interfacing with engineering staff effectively to ensure the form, fit and function of designs. 5. Shall be responsible for assist in cost effectiveness and manufacturability of designs. 6. Shall be responsible for collaborating with the engineering work to produce design sketches and drawings in accordance with applicable standards. 7. Shall be responsible for incorporating accurately symbols and Tolerances into design drawings. 8. Shall be responsible to issue Bill Of Material & Technical sheet to concerned department by ERP 9. Shall be responsible to maintain register for drawing issue & revision. 10. Shall be responsible to maintain all records as per ISO format. 11. Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks for CMM, VMC, etc. as assigned by the Company. 12. Shall be responsible to handle mails & reply. 13. Skills/Qualifications: Time-management Technical Detail Oriented Effective Communication. Excellent in Part/Assembly/Drawing Configuration Should have good knowledge of VMC machines as well as CMM. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
