**Key Responsibilities:**
**Security Administration:**
Design, Engineer and manage security solutions.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities for security tooling.
Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide advanced technical support for AWS cloud networking issues.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and IT support staff.
**Documentation and Reporting:**
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and processes.
Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities.
**Qualifications:**
**Education** :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
**Experience** :
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security.
**Technical Skills:**
Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
**Communication Skills:**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
