Additionally, the Behavioral Health Supervisor will help staff develop professionally, monitor productivity and contract compliance, plan and implement new programs, and provide supervision to a small group of clinicians.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership and resources support in a manner that ensures that clients receive high quality services and the program is consistently compliant with contractual expectations.
Provides supervision for clinical and case management staff, including interns
Responsible for hiring, training and performance management of staff
Monitor and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, licensing, and accrediting body (Council on Accreditation) standards for the delivery of clinical treatment. Ensure supervisee compliance with such standards and regulations.
Understand and work within the agency’s budgetary constraints.
Provide clinical services to a small caseload, completing documentation on time for billing and meet productivity expectations
Provide on-call support to the programs as part of a rotation
Other related duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have and maintain State of Connecticut Professional License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.), masters’ degree in the human services field and five years post graduate experience, three years of which is comprised of clinical practice, and one of which is in clinical supervision. Candidate must meet certification and licensure standards established by the State of Connecticut and the Council on Accreditation.
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) strongly preferred given our client population
