This Revenue Agent 2 incumbent mainly works with domestic accounts. The purpose of this position is to serve as the primary first contact for students who are sponsored by 3rd parties that make payments on their behalf. This position works directly with the employer/sponsor to get tuition monies paid. Some billing for miscellaneous groups as necessary.
