Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Ensure an exceptional dining experience, engaging with guests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
    • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and overall dining room presentation
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, and support team members
    • Drive a positive, energetic, and team-oriented atmosphere that reflects the Sugarfire brand
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
    • Work closely with kitchen management to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality food standards
    • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
    • Assist with off-site events and catering operations as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or service management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and during peak hours
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Self-motivated and organized, maintaining standards during both busy and slower periods
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule
Full-time position with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
