In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting individuals and families throughout South Georgia with compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for duties including helping consumers to move into shelter and care apartments, and office maintenance for the various Legacy Behavioral Health business offices. The position requires independent and partnered work, problem-solving, and proactive recommendations to ensure optimal maintenance The programmer will be supervised by the Facility Services Manager. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1–2 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance, general repairs, or construction Valid driver’s license with less than 5 points Proficient in using hand and power tools Ability to work independently and follow instructions Capable of maintaining accurate maintenance logs and documentation Ability to read blueprints or floorplans and use a tape measure accurately   Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills Experience working in healthcare, housing, or multi-site facility settings Demonstrated skill in drywall repair, basic framing, finish carpentry, and flooring installation Strong communication and time management skills .
