The Account Specialist works as an integral part of a sales team in driving initiatives to provide intelligent, creative, sustainable solutions to key retail and apparel accounts. This position supports Strategic Account Managers and Sales Managers by providing accurate and timely reports, spotting account trends, and sharing insights to partner with customers in moving the business forward. This role interfaces regularly with customers to provide information, answer questions, and ensure strong customer relations. Account Specialists implement and sustain internal account management processes and best practices.
