Job Overview

Our team is seeking an experienced Insurance Agent to manage key accounts and inbound referrals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding existing client relationships. Providing outstanding customer service is our top priority. This role demands a deep knowledge of insurance products and the ability to clearly articulate their value to clients. 

YOU MUST HAVE A CALIFORNIA PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS JOB.

Responsibilities

• Offer continuous support, guidance, and clarity to existing policyholders, ensuring their coverage aligns with their needs

• Perform comprehensive client assessments to offer them the most suitable insurance solutions

• Proactively introduce additional coverage options to current clients to enhance their protection

• Work closely with colleagues to optimize agency procedures and administrative efficiency

• Discuss and finalize insurance policy terms with clients

• Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge

• Accurately document client communications and transactions within the company’s database.

• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, submitted, and properly stored

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand industry knowledge and expertise

• Strive for high client satisfaction and positive client relationships

Requirements

• California Property & Casualty license is required

• Proven experience with personal lines in a brokerage or agency setting

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Maintain a focus on client satisfaction

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Comfortable in an office environment
